The Foremost duty and responsibility of a leader is to serve the mankind. It’s to be constructive. Anger, hatred and frustrations are destructive, which is not good to prosper. It has to be replaced with brotherhood, compassion and love in order to achieve the noble cause of mankind. It’s to serve and achieve the good purpose without any personal greedy desire to dictate and rule forcibly. It’s to confess, seek and pray for good things in life. It’s to be calm, gentle, humble and thus be stable. The objective to fulfill the necessity and requirement of the generations is to be achieved at any cost. They have to sacrifice the false ego of superiority. It has to be replaced with brotherhood, compassion and love in order to achieve the noble cause of mankind. It is not saying something and doing something else, but it is saying the right thing and doing exactly what we say. Law and order is to protect the innocent and poor. Law and order must not be used to create fear and terror but to provide freedom and liberty to masses and generations, for the protection of the needy and poor people. Law and order has to be reformed to better safe standards. Innocent people are hurt When Law and Order is not well reformed and implemented in reality. Now, how can change be conceived and achieved. Only when a common man walking on streets will appreciate these ideas. This message (idea) must be communicated to a common man in his language. So that he can be a follower. He needs to follow, as these ideas will provide him a better life. He needs to imagine and visualize a clear picture of what he needs to create. In other words, people who have the power to reach this common man, for example, leaders, politicians, movie makers and artists, media enter-pruners, internet communication service providers, cable television owners, news agencies, writers and publishers, etc.
This is our mother land and obviously we dream a much cleaner, hygienic, rich and transparent tomorrow to our country, so that we can live here. So that we need not go back to USA again. The basic issues for change are infrastructure, roads, public places, parks, bus and train stations, reduction in dust pollution, vehicle carbon pollution, and population control.
The other being economic stability. Indian rupee is not globally strong. Thus an common man cannot afford healthy and hygienic conditions. Due to this, the Indian capacity to import is very low. Thus India needs to be self sufficient. The basic house hold necessity machinery / industries needs like vacuum cleaners, washing machines, lawn cutters, construction equipments, etc must be manufactured by federal / government, and must be provided at a subsidized prices.
Its the spark that's to be created which lights the lamp for guidance and its the same spark which destroys the creation. May lord bless his creation with his wisdom to do good.
This small spark is possible if and only if population of a common man greater than 51% can conceive and passionately get involved with patriotism and optimism. Patriotism to love, care and heal his own mother land. Every Indian must feel deep in his heart that he must keep his mother land clean. We need leaders who can sow this seed in them. Who can speak to them in a common man’s language. The one who can show them the right path of better life. Who can cleanse and reform them to avoid addictions like alcoholism, tobacco, drugs, etc. To control their physical body with a controlled spiritual mind power.
A Common poor man on streets is caught in the severe grief of addictions like alcohol, tobacco, drugs, sex, etc. Let’s analyze the root cause of this. Why would a common man working hard all day long, to earn his livelihood, would spend his hard earned wages on these destructive addictions. It is because of his frustrations, he is not happy, he is unable to feel the security, he is tensed and angry, he is in need of mental peace and wants to relax his mind, in order to feel happy. He wants to run away from his daily problems. He is not ready to give a thought and fight constructively. He does not want to take mental pain to analyze, to find solutions to his problems. Will he be ever able to find solutions if he does not resolve the issues with constructive optimism, brotherhood, love and compassion? Is this contagious? Will he be able to overcome? If he meditates, learns to relax his mind, learns to concentrate on his problems, to find solutions. If he leans to live a principled life. If we have local leaders who can communicate a clear message to them to avoid destructive addictions. It is very important that this message must be realized at the greatest depth of their hearts, with constructive communication, with brotherhood, love, compassion, healing and cleansing. Requirement for a powerful leader who can touch millions of hearts with love, respect and dignity. Who can use all types of media on a daily basis to empower them with clear messages of optimism, faith and hope. To stand strong for their basic human rights, to live a spiritual life with constructive brotherhood, to rectify, forgive and heal each other, to empower this mother earth.
Conclusion: Everything is for good but some people who manage them are bad. Good or bad lies with the human being who is handling the task. We see a downfall with negligence in discipline, character and moral values. It’s the destruction of bad that protects the good. It’s the job and duty of law and order to punish the bad and to do justice by creating an appreciation for the innocent & good. Constructive is difficult where as destructive is easy. They use the FEAR factor to control and rule. Change is not as easy as it seems to be without experienced intellectual individuals who needs to get seriously involved to bring change. Using constructive intelligence is the only solution to break such destructive intelligence. Only an equally wealthy, strong, constructive leader, who can stand up against these issues and the one who can clearly give transparent statements to open the eyes of orthodox, uneducated, poor, superstitious, citizens can help bring change.
